If this sounds familiar

Some applications give you a portal. Others just leave it to you.

  • Did you get my email?
  • Sorry, could you resend the files?
  • Just circling back — any update?
  • One quiet place, instead.
How it works

Create. Request. Track.

Three steps on the applicant side. No special setup. No software for your recommenders.

What Wado is, and isn't

We help with the request. Not the application itself.

Wado is not the official application portal. It handles the coordination part — the part the portals leave for you to manage.

Wado tracks who you asked, what you shared, and what status they reported. We don't verify submissions or confirm anything with any institution. What happens between your recommender and the portal stays between them.

FAQ

Honest answers, no fine print.

Does my recommender need an account?
No. They respond through a secure link sent to their email. Optional accounts for recommenders managing multiple requests may come later.
What can my recommender see?
Only the request you sent them — application name, organization, deadline, message, instructions, and any files you attached. Nothing else from your dashboard.
Is this an official application portal?
No. Wado helps coordinate recommendation and outside-material requests. It doesn't replace the official application system.
Can I use it for things besides recommendation letters?
Yes — letters of support, reference letters, evaluation forms, verification letters, and other outside materials all work the same way.
